Weeden Environments (formerly Weeden Sprinklers) is a small business based out of Tavistock Ontario with a rich history of innovation in the turkey business.

BRAND CHALLENGE
To redefine the organization Weeden Sprinklers (a supplier of barn equipment to poultry producers), to allow for product expansion, and create a unique position in the minds of farmers.

SOLUTION
Through a number of strategic planning sessions, MFX Partners and the management team redefined Weeden as being in the "environment" business and built off the history of innovative thinking to position the organization as thought leaders in the category. The new name Weeden Environments, corporate identity and tagline we created ‘Fresh Thinking, Healthy Profits’ captures their unique strength and value proposition to poultry producers.

RESULTS
The re-definition of their business has helped the organization focus their new product development and acquisition strategies.
