The Food Bank of Waterloo Region obtains and distributes approximately 3 million pounds of emergency food each year.

BRAND CHALLENGE
To find the truth of the Food Bank’s brand and make that truth matter.

SOLUTION
Through internal and external research, we discovered that the Food Bank was seen as an important and trusted community tool that allowed neighbours to share their food with those in need. This “sharing” insight was key to crafting a message that the community would embrace.

RESULTS
Internally, the Food Bank has a deeper understanding of their role within the community, how the organization makes a difference on many levels.
