climber BRAND ELEVATION TIP 05

What daily mantra do you want employees to think and live?

We elevate brands. What do you do? A mantra will remind your employees about the important and valuable offering that they provide to your customer. What they have come to expect of you. It is an inspiring yet practical theme to remind your organization of the collective call to action.

Creatively, your mantra can be your tagline or slogan as it works to communicate the core promise you are making to customers and prospects. It should differentiate you and prompt people to want to know more about what your organization or product offers. You probably have favorite slogans in your mind based on years of advertising by consumer giants. McDonald’s, Avis, Nike and FedEx are just a few names that likely trigger memories of their mantras or slogans.

In the Business-to-Business marketplace you may not have the consistent, high spend media options for drilling advertising messages into the minds of customers. What you can do is use your mantra to rally the internal team to deliver on the promise you are making, which in turn will build the reputation and image you want to establish.  And in most cases, this can have a much more powerful effect than traditional media.

Contact us to find and then help you develop your employee mantra and guide your organization from the inside out to live it. Please email us any “Brand Elevation Tips” suggestions, comments or concerns.
